一，产品简介(Products Profile)：
        耳机线电阻弯折试验机专门试验插头引出线及电线之耐折强度及电阻变化，电阻超上限或低于下限可以自动停机。本机是将试样固定在夹具上，并加一定荷重，试验时夹具左右摆动，经一定次数后检视其断线率，或至电阻超出设定上下限值时查看其总计摆动次数。本机能自动计数，试样弯折至断线或电阻超限时，并能自动停止操作，可选择超限单组停止或超限整机停止，方便采集分析。 本机符合UL817等有关标准“软线组件和电源软线通用安全要求”的规定及《头戴耳机通用技术标准GB/T14471》线材弯折测试。
        The earphone cable resistance bending test machine is specially designed to test the bending strength and resistance change of the lead wire and wire of the plug. If the resistance exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit, it can be automatically shut down. This machine fixes the sample on the fixture and adds a certain load. During the test, the fixture swings left and right. After a certain number of times, the disconnection rate is checked, or the total number of swings is checked when the resistance exceeds the set upper and lower limits. The machine can automatically count, when the sample is bent to the broken line or the resistance exceeds the limit, and can automatically stop the operation, you can choose to stop the single group overrun or the whole machine overrun, which is convenient for collection and analysis.
